Bryan Granier serves as Chief Financial Officer of Champion Contractors & Services, where he leads the Company’s financial strategy and enterprise support functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, banking, human resources, information systems, risk management, and corporate governance. He partners closely with the executive leadership team and Board of Directors to execute the Company’s growth strategy, enhance operational performance, and maximize long-term enterprise value.
Bryan is a seasoned finance executive with more than 25 years of experience driving value creation for private equity-backed and publicly traded companies across the construction, industrial services, healthcare technology, manufacturing, and energy sectors. His expertise includes strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, capital structure optimization, financial transformation, ERP implementation, performance analytics, and organizational development.
Throughout his career, Bryan has successfully led businesses through acquisitions, recapitalizations, operational turnarounds, debt financings, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. He has partnered extensively with executive leadership teams, private equity sponsors, lenders, and boards of directors to improve EBITDA performance, strengthen cash flow, optimize working capital, build scalable financial infrastructure, and support successful investment outcomes.
Prior to joining Champion, Bryan served as Managing Director of Granite Consulting, providing fractional CFO and strategic advisory services to middle-market companies. He previously held Chief Financial Officer positions with Axiom Medical Consulting, Rival Downhole Tools, and Allied-Horizontal Wireline Services, where he led strategic finance initiatives that improved operating performance, enhanced financial visibility, and positioned organizations for accelerated growth and value creation. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance leadership roles with Schlumberger and Expro Group, managing complex multinational finance organizations and leading large-scale financial integration and reporting initiatives.
At Champion, Bryan is focused on building a best-in-class finance organization that supports disciplined growth through enhanced forecasting, performance reporting, operational analytics, job costing, ERP optimization, and strong financial controls. His leadership is centered on creating a scalable financial platform capable of supporting the Company’s continued expansion while delivering sustainable value for customers, employees, and investors.
Bryan holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
