Ben Foster serves as National Senior Sales Director for Champion Contractors & Services, where he leads a team of National Account Managers, expands strategic customer relationships, drives revenue growth, and supports Champion’s nationwide commercial roofing and catastrophe response operations. In this leadership role, Ben works closely with executive leadership to recruit, develop, and mentor sales professionals while executing Champion’s long-term growth strategy across both event-driven and traditional commercial roofing markets.
With more than 25 years of leadership, operations management, and professional sales experience spanning commercial roofing, media, advertising, and business development, Ben brings a well-rounded perspective to every customer engagement. His background has provided extensive expertise in organizational leadership, customer relationship management, team development, and strategic communications—skills that have consistently translated into business growth and lasting customer relationships.
Prior to joining Champion, Ben served as a National Sales Consultant with Stellar Commercial Roofing, where he developed commercial customer relationships and managed roofing opportunities throughout Texas. Before entering the commercial roofing industry, he held leadership positions with Jason’s Water Systems, Reagan Outdoor Advertising, Cumulus Media, KXXV Television, and KAUZ Television. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for developing people, improving operational performance, and leading with professionalism, integrity, and servant leadership.
Ben also specializes in insurance loss consulting, helping commercial property owners navigate complex insurance claims by providing guidance, practical solutions, and support throughout the recovery process. Throughout his career, he has worked with clients across the country—from small rural communities to major metropolitan markets—and considers helping people rebuild after significant losses to be one of the most rewarding aspects of his profession. He has extensive experience responding to catastrophic storm events, including hurricanes, hailstorms, tornadoes, and other severe weather incidents. During the 2024 hurricane season, Ben assisted clients recovering from Hurricanes Beryl, Helene, and Milton, helping restore critical commercial facilities and guiding owners through the insurance and restoration process.
At Champion, Ben is focused on developing high-performing National Account Managers, strengthening strategic customer relationships, expanding Champion’s national footprint, and building scalable sales processes that support sustainable long-term growth. His combination of leadership experience, operational discipline, and customer-first approach makes him an integral part of Champion’s continued growth as one of the nation’s leading commercial roofing and building envelope contractors.
Originally from Wichita Falls, Texas, Ben spent a decade living in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, before returning home to Texas, where he resides in Bulverde with his wife, Tanya, and their two sons, Easton and Layke. Away from work, Ben is a dedicated hockey dad and serves as Vice President of the San Antonio Jr. Rampage Board, where he enjoys supporting the growth of youth hockey while cheering on his sons from the stands. He also enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, skiing, and exploring the Texas Hill Country with his family.
