Julian Oh serves as President and Chief Commercial Officer of Champion Contractors & Services, where he is responsible for the Company’s overall commercial strategy, revenue growth, business development, national accounts, marketing, and sales operations. He leads Champion’s revenue organization with responsibility for driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market presence, and developing the systems, processes, and leadership necessary to support the Company’s long-term strategic objectives.
Mr. Oh is an accomplished commercial executive with extensive experience leading high-growth organizations through periods of transformation, operational improvement, and market expansion. Throughout his career, he has established a reputation for building performance-driven cultures, developing high-performing sales organizations, and implementing disciplined operating processes that improve productivity, profitability, and customer retention. His leadership philosophy combines strategic vision with operational execution, emphasizing accountability, coaching, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Champion, Mr. Oh served as Chief Revenue Officer of a private equity-backed national roofing platform, where he directed enterprise-wide revenue operations across multiple operating companies throughout North America. In that role, he helped drive significant growth in weekly sales bookings, delivered double-digit year-over-year revenue growth, expanded commercial sales capabilities, strengthened national account relationships, and improved operating margins to the strongest levels in the organization’s history. He also played a key role in integrating commercial operations, implementing scalable revenue processes, and aligning sales execution across a growing portfolio of businesses.
Throughout his career, Mr. Oh has successfully led multi-market commercial organizations, developed national account strategies, implemented enterprise CRM and sales management systems, and built leadership teams capable of sustaining profitable growth. His experience spans commercial roofing, facility services, business services, and complex B2B sales organizations where disciplined execution, operational consistency, and customer experience are critical competitive advantages.
At Champion, Mr. Oh is responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating functions, including sales leadership, business development, strategic accounts, customer acquisition, marketing alignment, and commercial performance. He works closely with the executive leadership team and Board of Directors to establish long-term growth strategies, improve producer productivity, expand national account relationships, and execute the Company’s go-to-market initiatives across both event-driven and retail service channels.
