Jonathan Janczewski serves as National Senior Sales Director for Champion Contractors & Services, where he is responsible for leading a team of National Account Managers, expanding Champion’s commercial roofing presence across both event-driven and retail markets, and driving revenue growth through disciplined sales execution, team development, and strategic customer engagement. Working closely with the Vice President of Storm Response & Strategic Sales, Jonathan helps recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales professionals while supporting Champion’s nationwide catastrophe response initiatives and long-term commercial growth strategy.
Jonathan brings more than a decade of commercial construction estimating, insurance restoration, and business development experience with expertise spanning commercial roofing, multifamily restoration, capital improvement projects, and complex insurance loss consulting. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for combining technical estimating expertise with exceptional customer service, enabling clients to navigate complex restoration projects while maximizing value and maintaining disciplined project execution.
Prior to joining Champion, Jonathan served as Commercial Roofing Estimator and Sales Consultant with Stellar Commercial Roofing, where he collaborated closely with operations and production teams to develop competitive estimates for commercial roofing and restoration projects. In 2025, he became the company’s top-producing salesperson in commercial revenue while maintaining exceptional gross margins across both insurance restoration and competitively bid projects. His responsibilities included commercial estimating, subcontractor budgeting, insurance negotiations, contract development, and project management for complex commercial roofing systems.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan founded and operated Cipriano Solutions as a licensed Public Insurance Adjuster and restoration consultant, where he specialized in complex commercial and multifamily insurance claims, catastrophe losses, and construction estimating. He has extensive experience preparing detailed Xactimate estimates, developing scopes of work for commercial restoration projects, and collaborating with attorneys, engineers, consultants, contractors, and insurance carriers to resolve high-value claims. Among his notable accomplishments was increasing insurance recovery on a multifamily restoration project from $1.8 million to $4.2 million through comprehensive documentation and technical claim development.
Jonathan holds multiple industry certifications, including Xactimate Level III, Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster, IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician, and IICRC Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, providing him with a unique combination of construction, estimating, restoration, and insurance expertise. His technical background across commercial roofing systems, coupled with extensive field experience in restoration and capital improvement projects, enables him to provide clients with practical solutions while supporting Champion’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and value.
