Champion’s representative was great at giving updates and telling me everything. He took care of everything. He called me with updates and let me know how everything was going onsite. I am in Florida, and he is onsite in Colorado. I didn’t have to do anything other than just hear his updates.

They do very professional and thorough work for us. They also have some unique capabilities that we value here. They are doing a project for us right now where a police chase ended in a car running through two of our buildings, so they are fixing that now. Joe is awesome and has worked hard with us to get the projects done. They have built up their credibility over the years working with us.

Champion stands out for their knowledge and consistency. They always deliver quality work and make things painless for us, especially when dealing with insurance companies. Once the project starts, I don’t have to worry about anything. They handle all the communication and logistics.

Champion’s sales person, Joe, was excellent. He really instilled trust, which was extremely important for us. They did everything as agreed when we worked with them, so it was a very positive experience.

Joe and Jeremy were great points of contact and their communication stood out to me. We had weekly meetings which were helpful to keep us focused when the scope was so large.

Champion does a really nice job of helping us through the claims process and working with the insurance companies. They have lots of knowledge in the area and use it to their advantage when working with us. Their paperwork and invoices are very detailed down to the last penny, so I can always find what I need when going back through it.

Advocacy for us with our insurance carriers is one of Champion’s main strengths. Champion is great at working with insurance. Speed and quality of work is also something that Champion is great at. We also really appreciate their ability to go pretty much anywhere in the country. Also, Champion’s work is very consistent.

Bernie could always get someone out to do temporary repairs quickly. He was always available, front and center, with people on the ground to address issues. Bernie is professional in every interaction, with clients and with me. He is far above other roofing contractors I’ve worked with, first-class in all regards.

Champion’s crews respond quickly, whether it’s for an issue during or after the roof installation. They always have a supervisor on site with the crew, so we have someone we can contact directly if any questions or issues come up.

Champion’s communication is far and above everyone else I have worked with in the past. When they say they will do something, they do it and do it right. If Champion grows, we will use them more.
