Champion Commercial Roofing began as a small contracting operation in Texas, responding to storm-damaged commercial buildings. As demand grew, Champion expanded nationally, building systems, leadership, and capabilities designed for large-scale projects, emergency response, and property owners needing certainty during high-pressure situations.
Today, Champion specializes in planned commercial roofing, large-scale emergency storm response, and insurance-driven restoration for everything from simple to complex commercial properties. Our work spans reroofing, replacement, maintenance, and recovery across specialized facilities where downtime is unacceptable, design and coordination are critical, and experience decides outcomes long after construction is complete.

Champion is a national commercial roofing and storm restoration company built to handle all projects, from simple to complex, where downtime, compliance, and timelines matters.
Under his leadership, Champion has experienced dramatic growth. Kirby built executive leadership teams, formalized marketing and operational systems, and established the infrastructure necessary to scale nationally while maintaining the client-first approach that defines Champion’s reputation.
Before Champion, Kirby served as Assistant Vice President at Northland Investment Corporation, a billion-dollar commercial real estate development and investment company, where he managed asset management, acquisitions, due diligence, rehabilitation, and repositioning for large commercial portfolios.
Kirby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston. He has held board and committee positions with the United Association of Storm Restoration Contractors (UASRC), National Sub-Metering Utility Allocation Association (NSUAA), National Apartment Association (NAA), National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He is an Associate Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
